Junior Faculty Mentorship Program

- Wednesday, July 29, 2020
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Please have your video on if possible. The recent events of violence, killings, and racism in our country are not new, but rather highlight the hundreds of years of systemic racism. Aspiring to not be racist – as an individual or as an institution – is not enough. We must become anti-racist.  As junior faculty, we have an important role in shaping our department’s future.  Join us and share your thoughts on how our department can change to become an anti-racist department. This discussion is meant to be one of listening and of brainstorming. We will bring all proposed items for change or areas of concern to department leadership following the meeting.
