Executive Operations

Executive Operations provides:

  • Administrative support for the Executive Committee (Chair and Vice Chairs) and Administrative Leaders (Associate Directors) of the department
  • Support in processing signature requests for the Chair and Vice Chair of Administration & Finance
  • Management of large departmental meetings & events such as the Faculty Meeting, Town Halls, Annual UW Pediatrics Celebration, and Annual State of the Department Grand Rounds

Executive Operations Vision Statement:

Executive Operations provides project & calendar management of 18+ Pediatric faculty and staff leaders whose reach and impact is on an international level. We are known for being accountable and providing excellent customer service. We strive to be a resource & strategic sounding board for realization of the department’s mission & priorities.
