Dr. Leslie R. Walker has been dedicated to the health and wellbeing of children and adolescents for over 25 years, particularly in the area of prevention of adolescent substance use and promotion of healthy adolescent development. Her current focus is to raise awareness of and bring to the national scale proven interventions to prevent the development of substance use and mental health conditions in children and adolescents.

Erin Allen serves as a strategic leader in partnership with the department chair, vice chairs, directors, and faculty leaders, overseeing the department’s business and administrative functions.
Erin joined the department in 2009, bringing more than 20 years of experience to her role. During her tenure, she has supported the department’s growth and worked to empower faculty, staff, and trainees to advance the department’s mission while achieving their individual professional goals.
