Administration/Education Roles: Dr. Sawyer is the Director of Medical Simulation at Seattle Children's Hospital,  Associate Director of the UW/Seattle Children's Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship Training Program, Director of Outreach Education for the UW Neonatal Education and Simulation-based Training (NEST) Program, Chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Simulation and Innovative Learning Methods, an Executive Committee Member of the International Pediatric Simulation Society, a member of International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) Neonatal Delegation, and a member of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Steering Committee.
