The UW School of Medicine leadership development program – Rising Leaders, is a year-long program designed for faculty new to leadership or aspiring to new leadership roles. Applications for the program are now open with a deadline of Wednesday, April 17th at 5:00pm Pacific. Apply here
What: This course is designed to bring practical leadership skills to SoM faculty and help build connections and community across our system.
Who: Early to mid-career faculty in new leadership roles or aspiring to new leadership roles.
When: From 1pm-5pm on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from September to June. We will flex to 3rd Wednesdays to avoid holidays/breaks as needed.
Where: The course will be in person on the Health Sciences campus, the Health Sciences Library Pacific Room T-229.
Why: We want to develop leadership skills across the SoM and help our faculty thrive in their leadership roles.
