Participate in the Increasing Influenza Vaccination Rates MOC Project, led by Dr. Annika Hofstetter and Dr. Yasi Fatemi. The project aims to improve influenza vaccination rates among all Children’s outpatients and ensure that 90% or more of all medically fragile populations (as defined by US News & World Report) seen in our outpatient clinics between October 1 and December 31 each year receive influenza vaccination. During the off-season cycle (March- September), participants will review metrics, identify barriers, and plan interventions at their clinics to ensure every child is screened and has access to vaccinations.
To receive Part-4 MOC credit, participants must commit to participating in the improvement effort, complete all required forms, and attend three meetings. Sessions are held via Webex as follows:
- Kick-off: March 25 from 8 to 9 a.m. or March 27 from 4 to 5 p.m. (attend 1)
- Progress: July 15 from 8 to 9 a.m. or July 17 from 4 to 5 p.m. (attend 1)
- Attestation: September 16 from 8 to 9 a.m. or September 18 from 4 to 5 p.m. (attend 1)
